We only deliver within the borders of South Africa. Deliveries are via our door to door courier partner BOBGO smart shipping. The Federation Store strives to fulfil all orders as fast as possible (most orders are dispatched within 24 hours during work days and could be delivered within 5 to 7 working days in major centres) however some items may need to be fulfilled from different parts of the country which could result in delayed dispatch times. Delivery times may also be extended during high volume seasons. In general to be safe please allow 7 working days for deliveries from when you receive your tracking email. Delivery is free for all orders over R700, otherwise there is a R90.00 delivery fee. Please note that delivery time frames are from dispatched date and not from when the actual order is placed. Also please note that couriers may be delayed by holidays and during big sales such as "Black Friday" events.
